Write for Us
We publish guest essays from attorneys, physicians, and other specialists who work alongside DFW couples and families — the people who see this stuff up close, from outside a therapy room.
What we're looking for
- Original writing based on your own professional experience — not a repurposed press release or a piece written primarily to promote a service.
- Informational, not prescriptive: share perspective and context, not individualized legal or medical advice.
- Local to Dallas–Fort Worth in tone and, where relevant, in specifics.
- No confidential or identifiable client/patient details, ever.
What you get
A byline with your name, credentials, and a link to your own website or practice in an author bio at the end of the piece. We don't pay for contributions, and we don't accept payment for placement — every piece we publish is because we think it's genuinely useful to a DFW reader, not because anyone paid for it.
Disclosure
DFW Relationships is an independent editorial project founded by the team behind Relational Therapy Collective. We'll always say so plainly — see our About page. If you have your own connection to RTC (e.g. a referral relationship), let us know and we'll disclose it in your bio.
How to pitch
Send a short pitch (2–3 sentences on the angle, plus your credentials and a link to your site) to hello@dfwrelationships.com.
